Our 16-page Performance Report covers company-reported historical backtesting from January 1, 2020–September 11, 2026. We will publish Fund A’s full performance report on the Fund A dashboard .
Fund A is our private hedge fund focused exclusively on futures trading. Its initial $1 million raise is closed, and we are preparing to trade gold futures (GC1!), crude oil futures (CL1!) and Nasdaq-100 futures (NQ1!). Trading is targeted for Q4 2026, subject to compliance, venue and execution readiness.
The initial $1 million is the starting point for proving the model. Raising additional capital to grow Fund A’s assets under management is a medium-term priority once trading, distributions, buybacks and burns are operating end to end. The amount remains to be determined.
Its policy splits available realized trading profits into two equal allocations.
Open-market TTP purchases may be split into smaller orders according to available liquidity. Every token purchased through this allocation is permanently burned.
Initially retained in Fund A. Management may instead use any portion of this business half for company growth or open-market TTP purchases held in a company treasury. Treasury tokens are held, not burned.
Retained profits can grow Fund A’s trading equity. A TTP treasury would give the company exposure to the token it is building around. Management decides how to use the business half; treasury purchases are discretionary, and their value can rise or fall.
No available realized profit means no profit-funded buyback. A buy and burn does not set a price floor. Company treasury activity is separate from the purchase-and-burn allocation.
TTP launched on September 24, 2026 through Pump.fun. Its initial 1 billion tokens served public curve trading and market liquidity, with no separate initial VC or team reserve.

Fund B is our planned public-participation fund for eligible TTP holders. Participants would allocate TTP and receive settlements in TTP, following the same trading approach as Fund A under separate fund terms.
Capital would depend on participant allocations, with no predetermined opening balance. Fund B is in development; deposits are not open. Profit distribution and fee details remain under board evaluation; no terms are finalized.

Holders are distinct on-chain owners with a nonzero balance, excluding known pool custody. Account balances are checked against current supply; the snapshot spans the reported collection interval. Holder change appears after 24 hours of verified snapshots. Addresses do not identify unique people. Burned supply is not attributed to a particular program or buyer.

How these figures are calculatedThe company controls the separate 50% business allocation. Initially it stays in Fund A; management may instead direct any portion to company growth or open-market TTP purchases held in a company treasury. This can build trading capital and company-owned token assets. Treasury purchases do not reduce the separate 50% purchase-and-burn allocation, and treasury tokens are not burned. Treasury holdings can gain or lose value.
Holding TTP does not grant company equity or a right to profit distributions. Participation in Fund B would require eligibility and a separate TTP allocation under Fund B’s terms.
Software subscriptions continue through our existing checkout. The TTP utility focuses on Fund A’s purchase-and-burn policy and planned Fund B participation.
