Refund Policy
Effective: July 17, 2026
1. The 7-Day Guarantee
We offer a refund of your first payment only, requested within 7 calendar days of that payment, once per customer, on any plan (monthly or annual).
From time to time, we may offer promotional or discounted pricing on certain subscription plans. Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, any such promotional or discounted pricing applies only to the initial payment and is non-recurring. Subscription renewals, including annual auto-renewals, will be billed at the then-current standard (non-discounted) rate. Charges for renewal periods are not eligible for refunds, pro-rated credits, or retroactive application of promotional pricing.
2. Qualification Requirements
To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, all of the following must be met:
- Claimed trades were taken solely on TrendTrader Pro signals. Use of any other indicator, strategy, confirmation tool, or discretionary method disqualifies the claim.
- Documented proof for every claimed trade: broker/platform screenshots showing symbol, direction, entry price & time, exit price & time, date, and realized PnL, plus account balance history covering the claim period.
- Every claimed trade must correspond to a TrendTrader Pro signal (symbol, direction, timing) in our permanently retained signal history. We verify every claim against it.
- Realized losses from those trades total 50% or more of your trading-account balance as of your first claimed trade.
3. How to Claim
Refund requests are accepted exclusively via the Refund Request form inside the app (Settings → Subscription → Request a refund). Requests by email, chat, social media, or any other channel are not valid guarantee claims.
4. Verification
Submissions are analyzed for authenticity, including image-manipulation analysis, and cross-checked against our signal history and your account activity. Submitting falsified or altered evidence permanently voids eligibility and results in account termination. Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion and are final.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a card dispute or chargeback forfeits guarantee eligibility, and we will submit the complete evidence record — including your acceptance of these terms and your account activity — to the card networks.
6. Your Statutory Rights (EU/UK)
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived. If you are an EU/UK consumer, you retain the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts; because you consent at checkout to immediate access, a withdrawal refund may be reduced proportionately for service already supplied, as permitted by law.
